D’Banj denies N100m suit filed by Tech Company

‘Kokomaster’ Dapo Oyebanjo has denied being slammed with a N100million suit by MindHub Technologies for failing to meet up with financial commitments running into millions of naira.

News earlier made the rounds stating that D’Banj signed an MOU with the tech company on October 19, 2012, for the promotion of a concert organised by his media house, D’Kings Men Media LTD, with an agreement that should his media house fail to meet up with financial agreement, then, D’Banj would be liable for payment.

It was also reported that D’Banj was set to appear in court on the 9th of December, 2016 after MindHub filed a suit against him with the case currently before Justice Oyebanjo of the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja Division.

But the artist denied such claims and had this much to say about the whole issue; “”Silence is Golden, Yes! And you all know I don’t Talk! However, in this case, I will…
