Despite legal threat from Maje, Toke still promoting her book in Ghana (Video)

Radio personality Toke Makinwa seems undeterred by an impending legal battle with her ex-hubby Maje Ayida as she is still busy promoting her book entitled “On Becoming…”

The chatterbox media personality is presently in Ghana for a media tour as she continues to promote her book.

Toke was earlier today interviewed as a celebrity guest on GhOnetv, a privately owned TV station in Ghana.

Moments after her interview with the TV station, Toke posted a video of herself dancing and holding a copy of the book as she seems not bothered over Maje’s threat to sue her if she doesn’t stop promoting the book in question.

Maje is reportedly seeking legal redress over the publication after his lawyers in a letter said that his public image was ridiculed, ‘assaulted, injured and damaged’ by Toke who sought ‘relentless and limitless’ publicity with the launch of her book.

The fitness guru has reportedly employed the services of a British law firm to sue Toke over the published book which revealed the alleged details of their failed marriage.

The lawyers engaged by Maje according to reports manages legal issues for famous people/groups including Simon Cowell, Elton John and Chelsea FC, while his Nigerian lawyer Kemi Pinheiro (SAN) is also in the team.
