EFCC detains 11 INEC officials in Gombe over Diezani's $115m

The investigation into allegations of money laundering proffered against a former Petroleum Resources Minister, Mrs Diezeani Alison-Madueke continued Friday with her appearance at the Charing Cross Police Station, London.

According to reports, Diezani was given a June 21 date to return, and she was granted bail on the same condition given earlier.

The former minister was arrested by the UK National Crimes Agency, alongside four others last October, on allegations of fraud and money laundering in the United Kingdom using a network of relatives and businessmen.
