Don Jazzy fires bodyguard who threatened to slap woman at an eatery (Video)

Supreme Mavin Dynasty (SMD) boss, Don Jazzy has sacked Chidi Irechukwu, his body guard who threatened to slap a woman at an eatery in Lagos after she simply told him to park his car properly.

Don Jazzy took the decision after the video which captured the incident went viral with the bodyguard seen almost raising his hands at the woman threatening to beat and ‘kill’ her in the video clip.

While recounting his story in an interview with LIB, the bodyguard said he spoke angrily at the woman after she called him a thief but said that after reflecting on the incident, he regretted his actions.

“I entered the eatery and parked my car. I ensured that I wasn’t blocking anyone before I went in to place my order. While I was waiting to be attended to, the lady walked in, tapped me on my back and in a loud voice, asked me to go outside to re-park my car.

“She said why would I park my car like a thief? Her indirectly calling me a thief got me angry and that was why I spoke to her in that manner and called her unprintable names. I never meant the threat of beating her. My mother raised me well never to beat a woman. When I was leaving the eatery, I was sad over the incident”.

The bodyguard who also said that if given the opportunity, he would apologise to the woman was reportedly sacked after someone who recognised him in the viral video reported the matter to his employers.
