In from Ahmed Boulor . . .

Early last month, Chinedu Okoli popularly known as Flavour sparked a cold war between his baby mamas when he announced while being interviewed on a TV show that he will be getting married soon without actually mentioning the name of the lucky woman in question.

In the interview, the father of two daughters from two ex beauty queens left many guessing about who he will be getting married to by not mentioning anyone in particular when the question was posed to him.

In the interview, the artiste talked about his recent engagements saying; “All I want to do is keep doing music, I want to keep feeding my fans with the best of my music.”

But when asked when he will be getting married, the talented Enugu State born singer replied with a laugh and said: “I’m getting married soon.”

Flavour’s remarks in the said interview allegedly sparked a cold war between Sandra Okagbue and Anna Banner who both have kids for him and who were initially thought of to be frontrunners in the quest to end up as Mrs. Okoli.

The highlife singer again sent tongues wagging after being conspicuously absent at his child’s dedication weeks ago.
Although the christening of the child who now goes by the name Sofia turned out to be a memorable one with fans and family friends turning up in their numbers to celebrate with 20 years old Banner, close watchers could still not fathom why Flavour chose not to show up at his child’s dedication.

Questions filled the air about Flavour’s absence especially considering the fact that when Miss Banner gave birth to Sofia last August in America, her family and the singer who is responsible for her pregnancy decided to keep the news quiet.

Flavour is even hardly ever seen near Sandra Okagbue, who first made him a father when she gave birth to his first child- a baby girl on September 27, 2014.

Their relationship reportedly became frosty months after she got pregnant and they hardly talk about each other and have both since moved ahead with their lives.

But one woman we can confirm that Flavour really likes and spares noting at showing public affection for is no other than MTN Project Fame 2010 winner Chidinma Ekile. The steaming romance between both acts reached new heights when they both shared a passionate kiss on stage after their duet performance recently.

The lovebirds were guest performers at the Phynofest event which was staged in Onitsha and they both capped their performance with a deep kiss on stage.

The incident has now provided rumour mongers with more speculation to chew on about the relationship between both artists which first became public knowledge when the video and behind-the-scene cuts of Flavour’s track titled ‘Ololufe’ hit the airwaves.

Though, both Chidinma and Flavour have both publicly denied dating each other, they have now succeeded in establishing the fact that they both feel something strong for each other after the scene which saw Flavour bending over to kiss Chidinma who is several inches shorter than him at the music concert to the bewilderment of the watching crowd.

Flavour’s history of public display of affection with Chidinma and his body language whenever he is around the powerful songstress only goes to show that she may be the one who really tickles his fancy and may after all end up as Mrs. Okoli.
