The Super Eagles of Nigeria have landed in Austria where they are billed to camp for the last phase of their preparations ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

In less than two weeks, the global showpiece will kick off in Russia, with the opening match slated for June 14th.

The Eagles departed London on Sunday morning after playing a friendly against the Three Lions of England on Saturday at Wembley Stadium, losing 2-1.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) confirmed the squad’s arrival in Austria via a tweeted video on their official Twitter handle, in which players and officials were boarding a bus from the Airport to their base in Bad Tatzmanndsdorf.
