Luck ran out for Jacinta when James came home unannounced and while talking to his wife in the sitting room a phone
range in the bedroom and as James made to go for the phone, reports say his wife prevented him.

Unknown to James, his wife’s lover boy who hid in the bedroom ran out after he could not hold back his fears and as James made to chase him, his wife held him back.

His wife’s insistence not to go after her lover made James vent his spleen on her and according to Police Public Relations Officer of the state command, ASP George Okafor, who confirmed the case, James angrily beat up Jacinta to death.

An eyewitness who witnessed the incident said; “He started punching the woman, who eventually collapsed and was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead.”

The suspect according to the police spokesman has been arrested while a hunt for the deceased lover boy is underway.
