EDO APC CRISIS: Buhari, Oshiomhole meet behind closed doors
President Muhammadu Buhari met behind closed doors with the All Progressives Congress (APC) national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, on Monday.
Although details of the meeting were not public, there are speculations that it might not be unconnected with the rift between Oshiomhole and his successor, Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki.

The Oshiomhole- Obaseki rift is believed to be responsible for the crisis rocking Edo State House of Assembly.
Recently, Edo chiefs had visited Buhari in Abuja, appealing to him to intervene in the matter to save the people of the state from suffering from the consequences of the crisis.
Oshiomhole’s meeting with Buhari was at the President’s office and started at about 3.30pm.
