EKITI 2018: Adeyeye joins APC to unseat Fayose’s PDP

Ahead July 14 Ekiti State governorship election, former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national publicity secretary, Prince Dayo Adeyeye, has joined forces with the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Adeyeye made his defection to the APC known on Tuesday, saying that he and his supporters decided to join the party and its candidate for the coming election, Kayode Fayemi, so as to ensure that Ekiti is rescued from the grips of Governor Ayodele Fayose.

Adeyeye, a gubernatorial aspirant on the PDP platform, had dumped the party after he was defeated by Fayose’s anointed and Ekiti State deputy governor, Professor Kolapo Olusola.
