Eldee reacts to Naira Marley's arrest by EFCC, wonders why some people try to justify fraud

Eldee The Don, head hocho of now moribund rap clan, Da Trybe has reacted to the recent arrest of “Isa Goal” exponent Naira Marley and his colleague Zlatan Ibile by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission EFCC.

According to the lyricist, cybercrime should not be condoned even as he also slammed those who see ‘Yahoo’ as a form of reparation for slavery noting that he is shocked at the percentage of Nigerians who try justify malaise.

“One of the early signs of anarchy is when society loses its moral compass. I can’t believe the percentage of Nigerians out there trying to justify fraud,” the rapper posted on his Twitter page.

Meanwhile, Naira Marley and Zlatan Ibile are reportedly yet to be released by the EFCC despite reports making the rounds that the rappers have been freed from the grip of the anti-graft agency.

Reports say the pair and three others are still being detained and are currently undergoing intense grilling for their connection to advance fee fraud popularly known as ‘yahoo yahoo’.
