ENUGU: Court sacks Ayogu Eze, recognises George Ogara as APC guber candidate

Enugu State governorship candidate of the All progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ayogu Eze, has been sacked by the Federal High Court 5 Abuja, presided over by Justice I Ekwo.

The ruling came on Tuesday morning following a suit challenging Eze’s emergence as the APC governorship candidate for Enugu State.

Justice Ekwo, after declaring Eze sacked, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to replace him with Barrister George Ogara as the Enugu State APC governorship candidate.
