Everton unveiled as Abia Warriors manager

Raphael Everton, a Brazilian, has been officially unveiled as the new manager of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) club, Abia Warriors.

The unveiling of Everton, who had been announced as Abia Warriors’ new manager two weeks ago, was confirmed on the club’s official Twitter handle on Tuesday.

The former Ifeanyi Ubah manager, who led the Nnewi-based club to the 2016 Federation Cup title, takes over from Abdullahi Biffo in Abia ahead of the new season.

“Abia warriors new coach Rafael Everton formal Unveiling at the Umuahia township Stadium”, the club wrote on Twitter.

The pride of Umuahia finished in the 15th position in the NPFL with 53 points last season.
