Former Kaduna Central senator, Shehu Sani has decried the supposed exclusion of South East in key projects attached to the $22.7 billion borrowing plan.

He said the act was ‘deliberate’, adding that it remained a “grievous act of injustice that must be corrected”.

The outspoken former lawmaker stated this in a post on his Twitter handle @ShehuSani.

“The Exclusion of the South East in key Federal Projects attached to the $22.7Billion borrowing plan is a deliberate and grievous act of injustice that must be corrected,” the tweet read.

Federal lawmakers from the South East had last week cried foul over the exclusion of the region from projects that part of the $22.7 billion loan would be used for.

The lawmakers said that their region had been marginalised and demanded for justice.
