Falcons ready for Senegal as referees arrive Abuja

Players and officials of the Super Falcons have declared their
readiness for Tuesday’s 2016 Africa Women Cup of Nations
qualifying match between Nigeria and Senegal, as officials for the match arrived in Nigeria’s federal capital, Abuja.
Both teams battled to a 1-1 draw in Dakar on Friday, with the Super Falcons
set to confirm their indomitability on the African continent on Tuesday.
The Super Falcons boast a fearsome strike –force of Asisat
Oshoala, Desire Oparanozie, Francisca Ordega and Chioma Wogu, with nimble – footed midfielder Ngozi Okobi also always a threat.
The Confederation of African Football appointed Zalikatou Traore
Diallo from Guinea as the match commissioner, with Veronique Ike
Ngomba from Congo as referee. Another Congolese, Julie Kyabuta Kanyembo will be the first assistant while Sacle Marthe Sakobo is the second assistant referee.
CAF has replaced Gabonese official Patricia Obiang Obone, who was slated to be the reserve referee, but could not make it.  She was replaced with
Nigerian official, Foluso Ajayi.
NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi personally
welcomed the officials to the match coordination meeting at the NFF Secretariat in Abuja on Monday afternoon, assisted by the Acting Director of
Competitions, Mr.Bola Oyeyode and the Assistant Director (Communications), Mr. Ademola Olajire.
