Falcons star Ordega ‘grateful to God’ after completing switch to Shanghai Shenhua

Super Falcons forward Francisca Ordega says she is grateful to God who has seen her till this point as she joins the women’s team of Chinese Super League side, Shanghai Shenhua.

25-year-old Ordega, who has won the African Women’s Cup of Nations three times revealed this via an Instagram post on @ordegafrancisca17.

“Officially Shanghai Shenhua football club player now. Glory Glory to God I’m grateful Lord,” she wrote.

“From Bayelsa Queens to Rivers angels, From Rivers angels to Russia, from Russia to Sweden.

“Sweden to America, from America to Australia, from Australia Back to America, from America to Spain.

“Spain back to America and now in China and still counting. What else can I say? If not to say thank you, God???

“I’m so thankful. I can’t say I’m lucky is a privilege and the grace of God..✍?✍???????.”

At the start of her International career, Ordega represented Nigeria at the 2010 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup and also joined the under 20 team to FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in 2012.
