Muhammadu Buhari, Femi Fani-Kayode, Fani-Kayode on impeach Buhari

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has lambasted Arewa Pastors Peace Initiative (APPI), Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed and Kogi State’s Governor Yahaya Bello for their different comments on President Muhammadu Buhari’s government on Thursday.

A group of pastors from the North had on Thursday met with Buhari and applauded his leadership style while discarding claims by some other Nigerian pastors that Buhari’s government is running an agenda to Islamize Nigeria.

Also on Thursday, Mohammed had claimed that President Buhari’s government was God-sent.

The same day, Governor Bello was quoted as saying that “if President Buhari asks me to jump into fire, I will not hesitate to jump into it”.

But reacting to all these on his twitter handle, Fani-Kayode wrote:

“Some hungry ‘Pastors’ from Arewa Pastors Peace Initiative visited Buhari today (Thursday) to endorse him. I’m sure none of their daughters are being held by Boko Haram and no member of their family has been slaughtered by Fulani herdsmen. Woe unto those that support the descendants of Cain.”

Quoting Mohammed, he said, ‘Buhari’s administration is God-sent’- Lai Mohammed.”

He then wrote, “Not true. You are an abomination to the Living God and He has REJECTED you. You are DEVIL-sent and NOT God-sent. You say you are god-sent only because your god is Satan. He sent you to steal, kill and destroy but your time is short.

Also quoting Bello he said, “’If President Buhari asks me to jump into fire, I will not hesitate to jump into it’- Gov. Yahaya Bello”

Fani-Kayode then said, “When I wrote that this boy was a useful idiot and an accursed slave some said I was being harsh. Truth is that he is worse than that. His mental faculties are non-functional.”

On Buhari’s approval of $1 billion for insurgency fight he wrote, “It is common knowledge, and I wrote it at the time, that Dapchi had one purpose: it was stage-managed by the govt. to justify the release of yet another $1 billon to ‘fight Boko Haram’. Truth is the money will be used, not for BH, but to fund Buhari’s 2019 re-election campaign”
