Fani-Kayode reacts to kidnap of Asst. Commissioner of Police

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has reacted to the abduction of an Assistant Commissioner of Police, Musa Rabo who was kidnapped along Barde-Jos road by gunmen on Saturday.

Rabo was rescued on Sunday.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in a series of tweets on his time-line on Sunday lamented that no one was safe in Nigeria following the kidnapping of a high-ranking police officer.

He wrote; “Musa Rambo, an Assistant Commissioner of Police, who is the Area Commander of Suleja in Niger State and his driver have been abducted by gunmen in Kaduna State.

“The kidnappers have demanded for 50 million naira.

“If an Assistant Commissioner of Police is not safe, then, who is?”

Meanwhile, Musa Rabo was rescued on Sunday by a combined team of police operatives from Kaduna, Niger and Zone 7 Headquarters, Abuja, backed by members of the elite police special forces.
