Fayose changes mind, recalls 6 out of 16 sacked commissioners
Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State may have had a change of heart in the dismissal of 16 of the State Executive Council members and has therefore recalled six of them.
Fayose had last week dismissed the commissioners.
However, in a statement released on Sunday by his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, Fayose directed that six of the sacked commissioners should resume their duty posts on Monday.
Those recalled are Commissioner for Environment, Bisi Kolawole; Mrs Funmi Ogun, works; Ayodele Michael, Commerce and Industry; Kehinde Odebunmi, Agriculture; Toyin Ojo, Finance and Dr Olurotimi Ojo, Health.

According to the statement, the remaining 10 commissioners will be appointed in due course.
He also called on the people of the state to be patient, while assuring to raise a good team that will give the people the deserved dividends of democracy.
