Reports say Femi’s exploit was witnessed by scores of watchers who thronged the New Africa Shrine including the deputy high commissioners of Netherlands and The United Kingdom as well as Senator Ben Murray-Bruce.

Femi’s successful attempt was echoed by his sister who took to her Instagram page to spread the news, “Femi did it at 55-years-old,” she posted on the social media platform.

She also informed that Femi will attempt the feat in two weeks-time again in the presence of the Guinness World Records officials, to actually confirm his feat so it can go into the record books.

At least if they cannot give him Grammy awards, Guinness book of world records will credit him for setting new world’s record. This is another height for Nigeria as a whole

Even the Grammy will come but my fear is that, will Seun be able to repeat this feat in the presence of the Guinness book of record officials, I doubt it, it’s not easy to be on saxophone for such duration. But I pray he replicates it and even do better than that.

One day, If Seun persists, he will win Grammy Award, the guy is exceptionally superb. Nice one Seun Kuti, you follow your father’s legacy.

Lol. Before a Nigerian will win that award, then he must have turned himself to an European person. Grammy is really for the whites and not blacks, they will continue to nominate him but he won’t get it.
