FFK, Shehu draw swords over allegations of terrorists’ funding
The All Progressives Congress has vowed to sue the Director of Media and Publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation (PDPPCO), Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, for alleging that its presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari has links with terrorist organisations.
In response, Fani-Kayode further insisted that the APC should answer the question posed to them on whether Buhari, can guarantee that not one dollar of Al-Qaeda, ISIS or ISIL (terrorist groups) money has been used to support his presidential campaign.
Fani-Kayode, in a response to the court threat by the spokesperson of the APC Presidential Campaign Organisation (APCPCO), Malam Garba Shehu, on the question, said it was a pity that supposed educated persons could not make a distinction between a question and an assertion.
