The Federal Government on Friday presented a witness, Ishaka Abba who said he sold a car which may have been used for the October 1, 2010 Abuja bombing.

Led in evidence by the prosecuting counsel, Abba identified one of the defendants charged along with Charles Okah, Obi Nwabueze as the one who approached him to buy the vehicle,a Mazda 626 Saloon car, which had been given to him by a customer for sale.

Abba, who spoke only pidgin English, and had to be aided by an interpreter, stated that he was an automobile electrician based at Oshodi in Lagos.

He made the disclosures at a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja at the resumed hearing of the trial of Okah, the alleged mastermind of the 2010 Independence Day bomb blast that killed twelve persons at the Eagle Square in Abuja.

on a request from the prosecuting counsel, Dr. Alex Iziyon, SAN.
