Fire guts Kano’s Sabon-Gari market again

Fire has gutted the famous Sabon-Gari market in Kano state just few months after the market recorded a major fire outbreak where properties worth trillions of naira were destroyed.

Daily Trust gathered that the fire started from France road’s section of the market where funiture and other household items are sold.

The fire started in the night and could not be put under control as at the time of filing in this report.

Security personnel comprising police, Army, civil defence and vigilante were deployed to the market.
