The Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Umuahia, Abia State Monday ordered that 60 members of the now-proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) be remanded at the Afara Federal Prisons in Aba.

The IPOB members were said to be among those arrested during clashes between the group and military personnel which eventually led to the group’s proscription and being declared a terror organization.
