As foretold, EFCC rearrests Fani-Kayode
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Friday again picked up a former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode.
Fani-Kayode, the media and publicity director for the 2015 Jonathan/Sambo presidential election campaign organisation, had cried out yesterday that the agency was planning to re-arrest him.
He said the agency wanted to pick him up for allegedly receiving about N26 million from the embattled former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.
It is however not yet known why he was arrested, as the anti-graft agency is yet to speak on his arrest.
The former minister has been having a running battle with the EFCC as he was initially declared wanted, but later went there with his lawyer, only to be detained, and later charged to court.
His initial arrest and arraignment was on allegations that he received N700 million from the arms procurement fund, from embattled former National Security Adviser (NSA) Sambo Dasuki.
The case has been assigned to a judge and the date for arraignment has been set for 10th November before Justice Tsoho of the Federal High Court in Abuja.

What has the wife said to EFCC about her husband? I doubt that the media is getting the full gist in this matter. There must be more than meets the eye.

Just a few days after his wife was harassed by the Efcc, they have rearrested Fani-kayode. this is unjust. this is pure intimidation. Nobody deserves to be treated like a common criminal

Fani foretold it himself and it came to pass. Fani must be a prophet, I will walk up to him in jail to prophecise about my future.

I don’t know what is wrong with our EFCC most they abide in every authority given to them. Kayode should take heart because he has fall a victim of a crime he know nothing about
