Former Borno State gov dumps PDP for APC

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has added a former governor of Borno state, Mohammed Goni to its camp.

The former governor of old Borno State from 1979 to 1983 defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling party on Monday in an announcement made by a former Senate leader, Ali Ndume.

Senator Ndume had led a delegation from the north east to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari.
