Fresh worries as guidelines detailing Trump’s revived Muslim travel ban is leaked

There is fresh worry in the air after leaked guidelines detailing President Donald Trump’s revived Muslim travel ban surfaced.

A leaked state department cable outlined new criteria for visa applicants from six mainly Muslim countries.

The revived ban will see the partial enforcement of Trump’s travel restriction for the aforementioned Muslim countries which is set to come into force on Thursday.

The new guidelines excludes categories that had previously been laid out by Monday’s Supreme Court decision that partially reinstated Trump’s March 6 executive order.

Analysts are warning of a ‘massive confusion’ over the new leaked guidelines as partial enforcement of Muslim ban comes into effect.
