Full-time legislature crippling Nigeria’
A former Deputy Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Ayodele Shittu, has said full-time legislature at the national and state assemblies is crippling Nigeria.
Shittu, on Saturday, told PUNCH correspondent that the alleged scramble for national resources by members of the National Assembly and state lawmakers would continue with full-time legislature.
Shittu, therefore, canvassed part-time legislature to reduce the high cost of governance.
