Germany: 19-yr-old asylum seeker arrested after yelling, 'I'll blow you up'‎

A 19-year-old Algerian asylum seeker was arrested in Germany after yelling, “I’ll blow you up”, moments after fleeing a psychiatric facility earlier in the day.

The refugee was nabbed at the Bremen main train station after an hours-long manhunt that prompted the evacuation of a Bremen shopping centre.

According to police in the nearby state of Lower Saxony, the asylum seeker while still in custody for several thefts, had sympathised with ISIS and a gunman who killed nine people at a shopping centre in Munich last Friday.

In less than two weeks, Germany has been hit with terror attacks when a teen gunman shot and killed nine people and wounded 16 others at the busy Olympia Shopping Centre in Munich, and days later, another attack took place in the German city of Ansbach when a Syrian man who was refused entry into a music festival detonated a bomb he was carrying in a rucksack killing himself and wounding others in the process.
