Gov Fintiri blames Tinubu’s govt for hunger, poverty in Nigeria (Video)
The Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri, has blamed President Bola Tinubu’s government for the hunger and poverty in the country.
Fintiri, who addressed the people of the state on Sunday, said the policy initiatives of the current administration brought untold hardship to Nigerians.
He challenged Tinubu to address the grievances of Nigerians.
The governor said: “The protest might be unpopular especially because of the way it was carried out in some states, but the message is clear and the demands are genuine. None of us can deny that there is hunger and general poverty.

“As leaders of the people, those in government must, at all times, not only listen but also act.
“The lesson we must derive from the protest is the constant reminder that it is not enough to tell the citizens we have heard. We must be seen as doing the needful in providing solutions to citizens’ concerns.”
