EDO APC CRISIS: Obaseki talks tough, vows to chase out dissidents

Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has nominated Benjamin Iyase to serve as a commissioner in the state.

This was announced in a statement issued on Thursday by the Secretary to the Edo government, Osarodion Ogie.

According to the statement, his name has been forwarded to the Edo State House of Assembly for consideration and confirmation.

Obaseki, also approved the nomination of Ikponmwosa Omorodion as his Special Adviser on Technical Education.

“Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Frank Okiye, and members of the House have been notified of the new appointment,” the statement added.
