Gov. Oshiomhole’s media aide charged to court
A day after the Senior Special Assistant on Media to the governor of Edo State, Curtis Ugbo, was reportedly picked up by security operatives of the Nigerian police force for undisclosed reasons, the political appointee has been charged to court.
Curtis has been slammed with a three-count charge of breach of public peace and unlawful possession of arms by a Benin Magistrate Court.

But sources close to the media aide still insist that he is innocent of the charges levelled against him and that his present turmoil may not be unconnected with his support for deputy governor Pius Odubu on social media where he asked Governor Adams Oshiomhole to be neutral in the forthcoming primary elections of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
