Indonesia: Explosions, gun battles leave 7 dead

Brazen attacks in the city of Jakarta in Indonesia has left seven people dead as explosions and gun battles rented the air on Thursday.

Reports say the explosion at a Starbucks cafe in a bustling shopping area in Indonesia’s capital left dead bodies in the streets.
Four of the attackers and three other citizens were killed in the brazen attacks, which came after several warnings in recent weeks by the police that Islamic militants were planning something big.
