INEC fixes dates for Edo, Ondo guber polls
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Thursday, kick started the race to find successors for governors Adams Oshiomohle of Edo State and Dr Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo State, by releasing dates for the conduct of the governorship elections in both states.

According to INEC’s deputy director in charge of voter education and publicity, the governorship election in Edo State would hold on September 10 while that of Ondo State would hold on November 26, 2016.
Both Oshiomohle and Mimiko are second term governors.
