Jude Okoye reacts to Peter's solo move

In from Ahmed Boulor…

Jude Okoye, elder brother to Peter Okoye: one-half of the duo, P Square has gone on to wish his younger brother well after he employed the services of a new manager.

In an Instagram post while reacting to Peter’s change of name and management, Jude posted a picture of himself with the caption;

“Just smile…Regardless. Just hope they work things out,” Jude’s post read on the picture sharing social media platform.
The move signaled the end of the group after Peter Okoye picked a new manager in the person of Olatunde Michael (Managing Director Playcentre) who will now oversee his musical affairs moving forward.

Peter who now wishes to be known by the stage name Mr. P after performing solo at a night club in Abuja over the weekend and his new manager have been together for the past four years.

Olatunde has worked as a media and event consultant in the past for D’Banj; he has also had spells with Soundcity as Head of Channel and was also Station Manager, Trace TV Nigeria.

Recall some weeks ago that Peter sacked Jude on Twitter citing a lack of structure and irreconcilable differences.

In the said post the group parted ways, Peter decried the poor managerial style of Jude who has been managing their affairs musically through his platform Northside Entertainment while also warning anyone who cared to listen not to conduct business with Jude on behalf of P Square.
