Without politics a lot of people might not know that J Martins is from Abia State. But now, he is letting us know in a shocking way. J Martins announced via Twitter on Saturday that his life was being threatened.
“Just got a private call now telling me that my life and that of my family are in danger now” he had tweeted, copying Channels TV and Linda Ikeji’s blog.
It seems that this threat that he claims to have gotten stemmed from him being outspoken concerning politics in his home state.
“Pls what wrong have I done in saying the truth about elections not holding, & thugs harassing pple?” was one of his series of tweets that he is using to notify people of a threat to his life.
He also tweeted that if anything happened to him and his family that we should know whom to hold responsible.
Prior to this cry for help, J martins had expressed his dissatisfaction with the way election was going in Abia State, he had tweeted: “Fake result sheets in Amuzukwu ward 2, Oumuoriehi isingwu ward school Rd primary school all in Umuahia,”
In another tweet, Martins said, “Elections are not going on in Abia State ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, starting with Ohafia to Abariba. Boys are everywhere harassing people.”
