A'Court ordered not to give judgement in Onnoghen's case, Awomolo alleges

The office of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, was on Monday reportedly sealed off by men of the Nigerian Police force.

Close sources within the Supreme Court said all administrative staff were ejected from the CJN’s office as early as 7a.m.

“The police have sealed the office of the CJN. Officers and men of the Force went to the administrative staff offices at about 7am and ordered clerical and other staff who were already at their desks to leave after which they locked up everywhere,” a source familiar with the case said.
