Kaduna records three new covid-19 cases, as fifth patient discharged

The Kaduna State government on Wednesday announced the discharge of another COVID-19 patient in the state, bringing the total number of discharged patients to five in the state.

The state Governor, Nasir el-Rufai disclosed this on his Twitter handle on Wednesday morning.

He tweeted: “Commissioner of Health Dr. @AMBaloni has announced the discharge of one more COVID-19 case.

”This brings to five the number of patients discharged since 14 April 2020.

“She also confirmed that there are three new cases of COVID-19 in the state, all with recent travel history.”

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) had in its Tuesday evening update on the COVID-19 pandemic, said Kaduna State recorded 3 cases out of the 117 confirmed new cases of in the country.
