There was a crisis in the House last week after some members of the House tried to disrupt the presentation of a panel report on the dethroned Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido.

The lawmakers who sensed the panel was about to recommend the dethronement of the Emir reportedly attacked the panel members.

The development forced the Assembly to adjourn its sitting till Monday.
