Kano discharges first set of patients who recovered from COVID-19

The Kano State Government on Tuesday announced the discharge of three patients being treated for the dreaded COVID-19 disease in the state.

The patients were said to have tested negative twice for the virus, leading to their discharge, the first set since the outbreak of the disease in the state.

The Coordinator of the Technical Response Team on COVID-19 in the state, Dr Tijjani Hussain, disclosed this during the State Task Force briefing.
