This was confirmed by the state Ministry of Health in a post on its Twitter handle, @KNSMOH.
The ministry said so far the state had recorded 77 confirmed cases of Covid-19 and was yet to discharge any patient.
“As at 12:15pm, 27th, April, 2020, Kano State has recorded an additional 2 deaths of COVID-19.l,” the ministry’s tweet read.
