KEBBI: APC’s Bagudu wins with wide margin to return as governor

Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State has been re-elected as the governor of the state.
While declaring the results of Saturday’s governorship election on Sunday, the collation Officer, Prof. Hamisu Bichi, said Gov.

Bagudu who is the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) scored 673,717 votes to defeat Senator Isah Galaudu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who polled 106,633 votes.

“Atiku Bagudu of APC, having certified the requirement of the law and scored the highest votes is hereby returned elected and declared the winner of the March 9, Saturday governorship election in the state,” he said.
