Kim Kardashian sued by accident victim

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has been served a lawsuit by a victim who was involved in a car crash caused by her near the Beverly Hills Hotel a couple years ago.

In the suit, Rafael Linares says he was driving on Sunset Blvd when the accident happened. In the suit filed on Tuesday in L.A., Linares goes on to say he suffered multiple injuries while also incurring huge expenses from physicians and surgeons.

Linares also says his car was damaged in the accident which happened in March 2014.
