Former Kaduna state governor, Balarabe Musa, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to emmulate Mandela and run an all-inclussive government.
Musa, who urged President Buhari to form a unity government, emphasised on the need for the present administration to initiate a national reconciliation mechanism that would address the different complaints arising from different ethnic nationalities of the country.
The former Kaduna state governor said this at the third annual memorial Nelson Mandela lecture in Kaduna.
Regretting how Nigerian leaders could corruptly enrich themselves at the detriment of socio-economic development of the nation, he said that Mandela’s selfless service to his people is direct opposite of current administration style of President Buhari.

According to him, the lopsided appointments and unequal distribution of resources and developments in Nigeria under Buhari, cannot be compared with Mandela’s selfless form of leadership.
While he also called on the president to negotiate with the dreaded Niger Delta Avengers and other militant groups in the oil rich Niger Delta, he advised the president to also initiate a reconciliatory approach to address the griviances of other ethnic nationalities.
