Lewandowski scores as Barca begin La Liga season with win over Valencia
Robert Lewandowski was on target as Barcelona sealed a 2-1 victory over Valencia in their La Liga opener on Saturday night.
Barca began life under new boss Hansi Flick with a win at Valencia.
Trailing from 44 minutes through Hugo Duro’s goal from Diego Lopez cross, Barcelona came from behind to seal an incredible victory.

Lewandowski scored the equaliser in the fifth minute of first half added time when he connected with Lamine Yamal’s drilled pass to fire in.
The Poland striker then scored the winning four minutes into the second half as he converted a penalty after Raphinha was tripped inside the box.
Recall that Barcelona finished 10 points behind champions Real Madrid as runners-up last season. They face Athletic Bilbao in their next game next Saturday.
