Live show goes awry after lion gores trainer
A live show in the city of Alexandria in Egypt went awry when a lion attacked its trainer who according to reports succumbed to the wounds he sustained during the attack two days later at a hospital.
Many visitors have thronged video sharing site LiveLeak, to catch a glimpse of the gory incident which shows the trainer in a cage directing a lion with a stick with another climbing a ladder as children watched.

However, a third lion appeared and attacked the trainer, biting him in the neck, in an attack which prompted horrifying screams from the obviously terrified watching audience.
Though, the lion was chased off its victim by other trainers present at the live show when they prodded it with sticks, the deed had already been done as the victim could not survive the vicious attack.
