Lobi Stars to face former champions in CAF Champions League group
Nigeria pro-league club, Lobi Stars have been handed a tough draw in the group stages of the 2018/2019 CAF Champions League.
Lobi Stars who are the only representatives of Nigeria at the continental competition, will face 2017 Champions, Wydad Casablanca, ASEC Mimosas and Mamelodi Sundowns.

Group A: Lobi Stars, Wydad Casablanca, ASEC Mimosas, Mamelodi Sundowns
Group B: FC Platinum, Horoya, Esperance, Orlando Pirates
Group C: TP Mazembe, Club Africain, Constantnois, Ismailly
Group D: Al Ahly, Simba FC, FS Saoura, AS Vita
Lobi will begin their campaign on Friday, January 11th with a a home match against South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns.
