BOKO HARAM THREAT: Police assure of adequate security in Ondo

Tragady struck in the Delta community of Abraka when a popular hotelier mysteriously set himself ablaze.

According to reports, the yet-to-be identified hotelier who runs his business within the Delta State University community, set himself ablaze at his father’s house located some metres away from his hotel.

He died in the inferno which razed his fathers building and destroyed property worth thousands of naira even as the motive behind his suicide is yet to be ascertained.

An executive of the Abraka vigilante who gave details about the incident after efforts to get details from the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, Andrew Aniamaka proved abortive, said investigations into the incident is still on-going.

“We would not treat the matter like murder as it is being speculated, as security agencies, we would investigate in all avenues and make our report,” the source added.
