Mariah Carey traumatized after being dumped by billionaire fiancé

Grammy award winner Mariah Carey is said to be traumatized after she was ditched by her billionaire fiancé, James Packer.

The singer has been seen at multiple public outings since splitting from her billionaire fiance, but a source close to Carey says the “Vision of Love” singer is currently “putting on a brave face.”

“Mariah is traumatized by all of this but is putting on a brave face,” the source adds. “She never meant to fall for James.”

Carey took her 5-year-old twins with ex-husband Nick Cannon, Monroe and Moroccan, to Jessica Biel’s kid-friendly restaurant, Au Fudge, in West Hollywood, California on Sunday, still sporting her 35-carat engagement ring from 49-year-old Packer.

However, she noticeably switched the ring from her left hand to her right, and certainly didn’t seem to mind showing paparazzi cameras.

Meanwhile, reports say her split with Packer was as a result of Scientology influences.

Sources close to the superstar say she believes Packer’s business manager Tommy Davis, a former Church of Scientology spokesman, has poisoned their relationship.

Insiders in Carey’s camp claim Davis has taken control of Packer’s finances, and even allege he has put the billionaire on a detoxification program known at the church as a “Purification Rundown” and ordered Packer to “disconnect” from the diva.
