Real reason 2face gave up role as coach of The Voice Nigeria Season 2

The proposed nationwide mass protest against the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration mooted by 2face Idibia has generated so much hue and cries in the last one week.

Some are kicking against the idea while others, especially some celebrities are in support of the protest planned for February 5th, 2017.

Hours after a University lecturer identified as professor, Akindele Adetoye called out 2face saying has no moral justification for the protest and also called him an illiterate who had s*x with all manner of girls without condom, ex-band mate, Blackface has lashed out at the “Africa Queen crooner”.

In an interview he granted a popular Nigerian blog, Blackface who once pointed accused his ex-Plantaishun Boiz member, of stealing his song, titled ‘Let Somebody Love You’ said 2face is never concerned about collective people; rather, he is just concerned about himself.

“You (2face) calling people out? You (2face) know what you have done to people and now you are calling them out, he must be joking. He is never concerned about collective people; he is just concerned about himself. He can’t just be mobilizing people, it is a fraud.

“I don’t think they should be thinking of a protest because we just got out from a crazy time, and the government is trying to fix the country. It’s time to support the government and see what we can do for the country and not protest. They have been there for smaller amount of time and expect them to do miracles.” Blackface added.

However, hours after Blackface’s interview was published, Ruggedman took to his social media page to condemn his comments declaring his support for 2face, while also thumbing down remarks made by the “Hard Life” crooner.

“@blackfacenaija you be my guy and @official2baba na my guy but I will tell you that this your move right here is very disappointing. You sang hardlife and all when things were even a bit bearable, but now that things are really messed up you have kept quiet. But here you are mouthing off over a 2Face move? Guy you fall my hand.” Ruggedman’s message read in part.
