Nigerian winger, Victor Moses was in action albeit as a substitute for Chelsea in their 1-1 draw with Liverpool in a Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Moses made his second appearance for the Blues in the league this season, as he replaced Brazilian star William in the 72nd minute of the keenly contested encounter.
Eden Hazard gave Chelsea the lead in the 25th minute converting home a superb pass from Croatian midfielder, Mateo Kovacic.
It was the Belgian’s sixth Premier League goal of the season following up on his sublime winner against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup last Wednesday.
Both teams wasted a number of chances afterwards with Hazard coming close to doubling Chelsea’s lead in the second half. Xherdan Shaqiri and Roberto Firmino also missed chances for Liverpool.
Substitute Daniel Sturridge equalised for Liverpool two minutes from time with a well placed shot outside the box.
